We all need glucose in our body because that glucose gives us energy to complete work and survive actively. We get glucose when our body breakdown carbohydrates present in food and releases the glucose into our blood. We also have a hormone named "Insulin" in our body made by Pancreas. It's the insulin hormone that regulates and allows the glucose to enter our cell and fuel our body.



When someone gets type 1 diabetes, human body cannot make insulins at all. But when someone is under impact of type 2 diabetes, insulin either don't work effectively or human body don't produce sufficient insulin


In both cases of diabetes, glucose cannot enter human cell and gets deposited in blood and due to presence of too much glucose in blood it causes lots of different problems.



New Oral diabetes medicine has been developed by researchers from Yale University. The drug will keep insulin level under control and keep inflammatory effects down.


The new oral drugs has special features like it's made up of nano particles that protects the insulin while carrying it to the site of pancreas and donot breakdown in gastrointestinal system.


A polymerize urosodeoxycholic acid is used as a Nano particles. The nano particles are modified to increase its ability to bind with receptors critical to metabolism. 


Oral drug has higher benefits like it can be taken orally, easier for patients to stay complain with treatment. Restoration of pancreatic functions. Controlling immediate blood sugar level. Re-establish normal immunity in the pancreatic environment.


The new oral drug would bring the change in medicinal field as its way towards easy and widely accepted method of consuming medicinal drugs.
